Yes we do! We ship worldwide.

Order processing time takes 2-5 business days before shipment. If you are in the United States and we have the item in stock it takes usually 5 days to deliver. Otherwise delivery can take from 1 - 3 weeks depending on the location.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

We ship from different parts of Europe, US, China and Hong Kong so some items might arrive earlier than others. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please e-mail us with your name and order number.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

If you plan to give one of our items as a holiday gift, we do not recommend buying the items during the month when the holiday is happening. There is a risk of the item not arriving there on time. We are not held responsible for items that do not arrive before the holidays. 

Please e-mail us as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
